Have had them come out twice for AAA calls (two different cars, both with nails in the tire). Red was extremely friendly and courteous. Patched the tires and got us on our way. The second time when I saw them coming I felt relieved cause I knew they would take care of us. Red's partner even brought me a cold bottle of water because I had been waiting outside!

My 6 month old son and I were stranded on the side of a busy highway with a flat tire. I called AAA, and within minutes I got a call from Motor City Towing. Hass and his partner arrived in maybe 5 minutes, told me to get back in the car where it was safe, and changed the tire quickly. Hass was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned for my son's and my wellbeing. I wanted to hug him I was so relieved. Thanks to AAA and Motor City Towing, the total time spent from blowout to arriving at my front door safe and sound was less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

I called AAA and they sent Motor City Towing out. The guy was super friendly and ended up getting my car started, saving me a tow to an auto shop and probably hundreds of dollars. This guy made my day!

WORST TOWING AND AUTO SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My truck wouldn't start so I called AAA for a tow. The driver from Motor City towing came out with the tow truck. He worked to get it started (it was the starter cellenoid). He got it started so that I could take it to my mechanic. The driver was SO NICE! He arrived QUICK and got the job done in a very timely manner! Two thumbs up!!
