We have used Bill Joyner’s Mechanical Technology exclusively for close to 20 years. They have installed 2 HVAC units for us as well as serviced them. Each visit his technician(s) were great - very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Willing to take time to explain what they were doing. We have never had a negative experience.

This most recent replacement occurred when our existing unit malfunctioned while we were out of town. Bill identified the problem over the phone and had a technician onsite early the next morning. Bill’s analysis was right. His technician spent time explaining the problem and our options. We opted to buy a new system.

The new HVAC system was replaced next day, and Bill registered the warranty for us. The warranty requires specific services over the life of the system and we will definitely have Mechanical Technology do the required service. I already have it in my To-do-list.
