A little over a year ago root a tronic was my favorite company. They sent two polite technicians to jet my sewer and gave me a great estimate. So I thought I would call again for the great service as last time. Man was I very mistaken. I called root a tronic and they sent a totally different company. That was the first issue. Second the kid that showed up and highly smelled and looked on drugs. And the other guy with him reeked of alcohol. Third I called the owner of the company that came since root a Tronic did not they must sub contract there work. But when I called the company owner that came highly defending his technicians sounded drunk and very slurred words said then don't call back!!! Wow I was amazed that he was this unprofessional. So if there were a zero rating use it. Fourth they charge as much as a large corporate office they charged me over 225.00 dollars to clean a main drain and were not here an hour. I contacted the BBB Angie's list and the secretary of state to check into this horrific service. They recommend me getting a lawyer so I guess I will have to. But check around before you call just anyone especially these guy's. I hope root a Tronic gets this message and finds his guy's he had last summer or go out of business and save the public from this type of service. Please Root A Tronic get it together people for Greenfield customers atleast. I talked to the owner last summer and told him he was my plumber forever until now. Sorry root a tronic and I will tell all my friends about this past horrific episode. Goodluck with getting real workers not drug addicts and drunks for the safety of the public. Goodbye

I called root a tronic to get plumbing work done. When the guy came he worked for another company not root a tronic at all he was very rude and I believe either on drugs or drunk. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all I only called because a little over a year ago a guy came and was very professional but he no longer works there. Root a Tronic is a joke without there last guy in the white lettered truck he was great. Wake up root a Tronic quit sub contracting to drunks!!!! Horrible that's all just horrible service. Do not recommend at all and overly priced!!!
