General Info
My ultimate goal for clients? Physical fitness, happiness, motivation, and a long, healthy life. For many, many years, I’ve listened to so many people speak of how things ‘used to be’ before they allowed themselves to get so out of shape. They desire a change almost immediately. I listen to their heart of hearts, and by doing so, construct a workout plan that allows us to define what success is, then we become a team, aiming for that level of success. By setting goals together, we are aligned with each other on all fronts, including strength, diet, aerobics/cardio, and even mental fitness. My heart smiles when they begin to see changes within themselves from all of our hard work. Hearing statements like “I’m no longer on blood pressure medication or diabetic anymore”, ” Sandra I tied my shoe today, on the top of my shoe, not the side”, “I was able to put my belt in the next hole today” or “I was able to walk up the stairs without being so out of breath” may seem like small things, but you start to understand that even the small things matter. You see, that’s my ultimate goal for you. Physical fitness, happiness, motivation, and a long healthy life. My Personal Testimony And Promise To Help You Reach Your Fitness Goals Many of us Americans have struggled with our weight over the years. My mother was no different, as she too was overweight. We began to take action of getting her back to good condition by doing exercise routines and changing her diet. Unfortunately, her previous diet and lifestyle began to take a toll on her body, leading to high blood pressure and heart disease. My mother took her last breath on February 15, 2002. It changed everything within me and truly hit home that life is too short and that people should be happy and healthy. I began to reinvest in my passion of physical activity to not only help myself to live longer, but to help others do the same, and pass this new lifestyle on to their family and friends as well. I vowed to my mother and myself that I will save, educate and change the lives of all who are wanting and willing to work hard and live a healthy life. I decided to take further action by receiving my certification in Essential of Personal Fitness Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This made it even more official, as I am now dedicated to saving lives by changing peoples thoughts, diet, and exercise routines, leading ultimately to a healthier lifestyle.
