I must say that Masterkleen stands aside from any company that I have ever used,I could actually smell the deodorizer the next day,That's never happened w/other companies,I've usually been charged more for deodorizer w/ Masterkleen it was free,the job turned out fantastic, and carpets are already dry!!! Usually has taken days to dry with other companies,overall experience was more than expected, all of the stains in my carpet came out,And no pressure on any type of up-sales! Jeremy Kramer at Masterkleen helped me out with water extraction at my rental home after the recent storms we had in Mobile. He came out quickly, had VERY FAIR pricing, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He didn't try to price gouge (although many companies I called seemed to be) and had excellent follow up also. I would recommend him 100%. Honest guy.
I had my Persian Oriental rugs cleaned I have to say that this company is AWESOME!!! I do not trust just any company with my expensive rugs. The guys were very professional and prompt. I will be calling again when I need my carpets and furniture cleaned!
