Manny is a great guy, who knows his business, I had called two other big name places and they both had no idea what I had. Then I called Manny and he new what they were right away. He came over the following day and treated the problem. I had thousands of beatles outside my house, and now thanks to Manny they are all gone. Topnotch service, thanks Manny.

At 7:30 on a Thursday night, Manny himself answered the phone and walked me through my incident with what we thought was a roach. After about 25 minutes on the phone with me and a thorough review of what I was dealing with, we resolved the problem. Manny could not have been more helpful or considerate - even considering my nervous state. Not only did he save me some money, but he also provided my family and I with some peace of mind. Excellent Service!When we bought our house the owners had called Manny to come and take care of a termite problem. Against the advice of Manny out loan required for us to treat the house in the winter. That was two years ago. Since then Manny has been back to the house numerous times each year to check and make sure the termites have not returned. I cannot say enough about the quality of service Manny provides and intend to recommend him to anyone I know. I will continue to use him for any exterminator service we need in the future.

I picked Manny out of the yellow pages for a quote on a bee's nest in my attic. Not only did he answer his phone while on vacation, he quoted me a lower price on all his services, and was at my house the next morning as promised! He also called later to make sure any bees hadn't come into the house, and asked me to report to him on Friday to make sure they were gone. After hearing about the size of the nest, I decided it was the best money I ever spent! I plan to sign up for his quarterly service starting in the spring. Thanks, Manny!

I contacted Manny after reading a couple of on-line reviews and he was every bit as good as advertised. He did a thorough inspection from ceiling to attic and then treated areas in my house for moths and silverfish taking care not to harm my Blue and Gold Macaw's health during the application. A friend recommended Manny to me for carpenter ants and a mice problem. I called Manny and he came the next day. He climbed into the attic to check out the situation and sprayed the exterior and interior of my home for the ants. Since I have young children, he explained to them what the mouse baits were and to leave them alone. He was very professional and above all honest. I would definitely recommend Manny for any pest control situation.

Wow, Service how it should be. I had bees in my siding and it must have been a huge nest. Manny came out 4 times with treatments and never gave up. Showed up at the times he gave me and stood by his word. I would recommend Manny to everyone I know.

It was early in the morning when I woke up to my two year old son crying. He had been stung by bees many times and I couldn't figure out where they were coming from. So when I was talking to my friend about what happened she had told me to call Manny. I called him up and told him the situation and he came over right away. There had been a bees nest in the wall of my sons room. I thought something like that would take a couple of days but he took care of it that day. His service was excellent and at a reasonable price. Manny came out to our home at 2:00 a.m. I had called him in a panic as our basement filled with termites. He came right over. His customer service and professionalism is quite impressive. I would recommend Manny to anyone.

Manny contacted me after our appointment was already set up and let me know it was going to rain and could we reschedule, so I wasn't wasting my money. He then called me each day (as it continued to rain) and switch it to another day that was good for both of us. I really appreciate his concern and work ethic. After giving birth to my first child, I arrived home from the hospital and was terrified to find that a rat colony had taken over my backyard and shed. I immediately called Manny, and he was at my house in under twenty minutes. The rats were gone in no time. I also hired him to tear down the old shed. Not only did he quickly tear it down, but he carried all of my shed belongings into my basement, (what a pain for him!) disposed of an eye-sore wishing well on my front lawn that I've always hated, and also disposed of several heavy and tacky lawn ornaments left over from the previous owners. He didn't have to do any of this extra work for me. I picked his name randomly out of the phone book and completely lucked out. Manny is excellent at what he does. He is extremely hard-working, honest, responsibile, helpful, and very kind too. His service was absolutely suberb and you'd be foolish to call anyone else!!!
