Recently had our winter checkup on our home.Eric was the tech who performed it.He was very helpful and knowledgable.He offered tips and suggestions to help us make through the winter.He answered all our questions.He has also done quality work on our home before.We consider him to be family.We always request him.Look foreward to seeing him for our spring checkup.

I understand they need to run a business, but the service manager does not care about your needs, just the profit they will make. Very unprofessional! Do your homework and look around before agreeing to do work with them!! I strongly recommend you seek service from others. Someone local will do a much better job!! I am out thousands of dollars due to inefficient work. Biggest mistake by using Maitz home Service. I hope im saving someone else a headache!commended because

I called Maitz for plumbing repairs I had a technician at my house two days later. He was extremely couteous, helpful and professional. All repairs were completed the same day including a brand new toilet and water filtration system. All charges were carefully explained and the service was great! Dan D was an extremely hard worker and got the job done right the first time. We now have Maitz contracted for plumbing and HVAC!

The price is outrages, they wanted to charge me almost $400 for replacing a water faucet that costs $30.

I asked Maitz Home Services for help changing my furnace filter. They are so great about calling before they come. They sent a delightful young man, Taylor Magditch, to help me. He was so nice, he also refilled the water softener with salt. I am so glad to have their Advantage Maintenance Agreement. The service Taylor provided cost me nothing. Being disabled, I feel very secure with Maitz!

Have used Maitz twice. One for heating and once for plumbing. The technician was friendly but he did not seem very knowledgable and it appeared he stumbled through the procedures to complete the call. Had a minor reoccurring issue that I had to call them back out to fix a 2nd time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try and use them again when I had a separate issue. Unfortunately this went very poor. I ended up paying another company to come out and fix the water leak.
