We have committed to specifically perfecting Constructability Review services for a variety of satisfied building owners throughout Washington State. We have provided these services for over 19 years on building projects with a total value of more than $2 billion. Whether your project is budgeted for $1 million or $125 million, we treat each project with equal thoroughness and dedication. Our goal is to eliminate as many potential change orders and scheduling delays as possible. We are equally adept at providing these services on design-bid-build, fast-track and GC/CM methods, all with continued success.
