      Don't move your business to Kirkwood. You cannot have more than a third of your window covered. If you do, they have some guy (I don't know how he sleeps at night) issuing violations. Then they fine you. Then he drives out with a smile on his face. Wow! This place sucks! Oh yea, no flags either.
