in recent months after complaining so many times there day base dispachers have greatly improved. however the night dispatch mr tio needs to find another job. his job skills on dispacher stinks. whenever he's on shift he is always sending the drivers late. last week i called at 630 pm for pick up and the driver got to me at 830 pm. and when i asked him what time he got the call. his response was 700 pm tio holds on to the calls, monday the 7th i had a appointment with brookdale hospital at 6 am. i called q car at 330 am to confirm my 5 am pick up tio said no problem. the cab didn't get to me until after 530 am making me late to brookdale. so i ask the driver what time he got the call his reply was 5 am this tio needs to be replaced before tony the owner looses anymore buisness

They used to be good, but recently I asked for a car to get into Manhattan off-peak hours. The dispatcher said I will have to pay the tolls going there, and for the driver's return trip. I agreed to this, but I thought that the fare would be the discounted rate of $5.50 for EZ Pass. When I got in , the driver said the tolls are $8.00, and he had an EZ Pass. I called the dispatcher, and he insisted the tolls were $8.00, and I didn't know what I was talking about. I checked the TLC's website, and cars with EZ Pass get the discounted rate, so the extra $2.50 is pure profit for these crooks. I'm going to subscribe to Lyft for my car needs from now on. They don't deserve the one star I have to give them to save this comment.

Ok this car service sucks they have crack heads n cocan additcs working here they don't know how to dispatch cars or answer fones as a person who is apart of this community i find it apolling that they have disguise ppl working here

All other services in Kew Gardens are rip-offs! This is an honest company. A legitimate company with nice people. As a consumer, I wouldn't use anyone else.
