We hired Muthig[M] to perform 2 major plumbing projects, both of which were expensive, in parts & labor.When subsequently in close succession each failed to perform as advertized & critically needed due to frozen pipes we called M for warranty repair.M's wife? who handles calls & dispatches promised to have M call us immediately upon his return.When M failed to respond we had to call in other local plumbers to assist with emergency stop-gap fixes.During the last, desperate call his wife was rude; when I asked her to apologize she whispered to M & gave him the phone.In an angry tone M said [verbatim]: "Don't call again! You burned your bridges!" & hung up. We tried to call later but could only leave unanswered messages. We've had to pay more than $1,000 divided between 2 plumbers to fix M's errors;fixes he was professionally obliged to make - & we wanted to offer him a chance to fix himself. Now we will offer M a chance to reimburse us- to be honorable/ no choice but Small Claims Court
