The Catania Team delivers personal service & expert knowledge to make your real estate transaction the best you've ever had! I began helping people buy & sell real estate back in 2006 (yes, great time to get into real estate - right before the bust!) Although timing wasn't great, my expertise & knowledge helped me to excel and actually sell homes during the downturn. But really, what I do is more than help clients buy and sell homes or investment property. Homes are the most expensive investment most people will ever own (unless you own a ton of Alibaba stock) and I take that very seriously. Buying and selling homes are life-changing events that most people only do a few times in their lives - so it can be stressful! So that means you get my hand-holding throughout the entire process.
