Hey look at consumer affairs before buying anything from the store you will not get a chance of getting anything fixed or under warranty they will throw it off into probate and you know what happens there you won't get nothing they just won't stick behind you at all and don't come up with the bunch of excuses of somebody else you would think Kane's would be reputable but look out

As soon as we stepped foot in this furniture store, we were pleasantly greeted by Yolanda in sales. She went above and beyond assisting us and spending the extra time helping decide what we needed for our living room and making our dream a reality! Our sofa arrived in a timely fashion by two delivery associates who were very professional and quick. Shook our hands and made sure it was in great condition before they left. We are very pleased and impressed with Kane's Furniture!!!

We purchased sofa, tables, pub table and a recliner from Kane's. We bought the recliner in November and it is now unusable. It was January when we stopped using it as it is unsafe to sit in. They called yesterday to tell me it's not covered on the "lifetime warrantee" that it was normal wear and tear. THREE MONTHS of normal wear and tear and it's not covered? There is only myself and my husband! Will not step foot on Kane's property ever again! Social media here I come. Can I give them a negative stars? They do not even deserve one!

They cannot deliver on there own schedule. They make promises they never keep. They get your money and you have to beg for your furniture. Please, if you want furniture buy it anywhere but not KANES.

This is the worst Furniture Store I have ever done business with period. I purchased a King size big from them in July 2012 and now it's only a year later and because there is a small burn hole, and a few small stains my daughter's baby bottle who is only 14 months old. They told my the warranty is No longer good and not going to replace it. I paid $1000 for this set and it down 1 1/2 inchies from last year when I purchased it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, SO IN MY OPINON THE HELL WITH KANE'S FURNITURE

Poor customer service & bad mattress—our mattress has two big sinkholes and Kane’s repeatedly says “it meets the manufacturer’s specifications”. The mattress caves in with two huge slopes (wife and me) and causes terrible sleeping conditions and sore backs. The Kane’s employee used a string and ruler and determined that the mattress retains its height within one-inch, thus is OK. This is a flawed measurement system that anyone who has slept on a bad mattress would recognize. They refused to sit or lay on the mattress to experience what the customer experiences. I never demanded a free mattress, which is still under warranty, and never once did the Kane’s manager ask me “how can we make this right”. I was not expecting Nordstrom superior service, but a reputable experienced manager should not kiss-off a $5,000 spend-so-far customer, and potentially 3-4 times spend more in his lifetime. This shortsightedness should not be acceptable by senior management and owners or stockholders

i bought a recliner in dec 2010 and with in month my base was broke, they came out and looked at it when I told them before that base was broke and the guy said your base is broke we have to order another one. Ok now it is almost April and no call and no base. I called and she told me well it take 8-10 weeks well dah it has been jan i think that is over 10 weeks. I will not go back to buy anything again.
