Awesome service and very professional. My air conditioner was blowing out warm air. The technician diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes. It just needed some freon. He had my ac fixed within one hour. First class service! I turned my furnace on for the first time yesterday morning and felt no heat coming from my vents, only cold air. I called this company and someone answered the phone immediately. I scheduled an appointment for this morning and in less than 45 minutes of the technicians arrival, he had my heat back on! My pilot light mechanism just needed to be replaced. He had one on his truck and gave me a great price for the repair. Great response time, and very friendly technician. Professional service was provided for me today. I greatly appreciate a spectacular experience with this company. We really appreciate David Nunez, whom we’ve worked with several times from JP. Responsive, timely and professional. We’ve had trouble with our older AC system and he’s done quality work and given us honest advice about when it makes sense to repair, and when to replace. We trust him and appreciate the company’s quality work.

On Saturday, April 1, I made an appointment for someone to come and inspect my furnace, whose pilot light had been going out repeatedly. The person to whom I spoke, while far from friendly, explained that someone could come by on Monday morning, April 3rd. Given the heating system was working, and that it was April (not February), that certainly seemed soon enough. But come Monday, no one came. And no one even called.

I've already called someone else. And, no harm resulted from the issue as it is April. But I would advise anyone not to rely on this business with a serious issue. You certainly don't want to schedule a heating repair in December or January only for the business to forget, or just ignore you.

Phenomenal experience. They were able to send out a local technician to me on the same day I called. Great emergency service response. My heat went out sometime during the night but I didn't notice it until the next morning. When I called this company a real person answered the phone, not a machine, which was very comforting. I was able to explain my situation to them and they scheduled my appointment within minutes. The technician called me when he was on his way just to confirm that someone was indeed home. All in all a very pleasant experience imbued with diligence and professionalism. They are registered with Mass save, left information about their Mass save programs, and answered all my questions regarding all the discounts and rebates that are available to the public. Within minutes had my furnace diagnosed and had my heat back on that same day. A well earned 5 star rating from a very happy client. Couldn’t be happier with the service received from David this week! Our central AC unit stopped working in 90+ degree weather and not only did he return our call immediately, he squeezed us into his already busy schedule. He arrived promptly on the early side of the window and was friendly, courteous, honest and exceptionally knowledgeable while diagnosing our problem in just minutes. It turned out to be a simple filter issue and after taking the time to show me how to change it and writing down what kind to purchase, he refused to charge us for the visit. This past summer i used JP to repair my central air system. After having a great experience with these technicians I decided to schedule a maintenance for my furnace. Its a bit on the old side and it wasn't heating as efficiently this past winter. After the outstanding service provided for my heating system and prior service on my air conditioner I decided to write this review as a show of my appreciation for these superb and skilled tradesmen. First off I was having trouble getting the time off of work to meet up with them on the scheduled appointment. I was able to conveniently leave my back door open for them to do their work. They called me everystep of the way and were in constant communication with me, which I might add was paramount for me. I dont know much about these machines but they explained everything to me before they did any work. And was able to pay with my credit card right over the phone, gotta love technology:) This company is very punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would on both occasions. I am very keen on noticing things like this because I am a very busy person with children. All warranty information on both their work and materials comes fully documented with receipt and paperwork. Being a homeowner is challenging but companies like this make home ownership less stressful and much simpler. Thank you JP heating for providing a pleasant and memorable experience. Refreshingly professional service. As a landlord who is currently living out of state I couldn't be happier that I found a company I can trust. It's dificult managing via long distance and the staff went out of their way to assist me and my tenants with my funace issue for no charge. Two big thumbs up, I highly recommend them.

I came home from work yesterday and noticed my air conditioning was blowing out warm air and as a result the temperature in my house was 81 degrees. I found this company on the internet and immediately called them to schedule an appointment. To my surprise they were able to get out to me the same day! The technician called me a half hour before he arrived to confirm the appointment, which was very much appreciated. Sometimes these companies say they will come out to you and never show up. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very polite. When I spoke with the tech over the phone he asked me some questions about my central air system and accordingly was able to narrow down my systems possible issue. After the diagnosis was performed he realized it just needed some freon. After my unit was re-charged it was working great again. I also have a second air conditioning system that cools the downstairs main floor in my house. The technician also checked my other system to make sure it was working properly free of charge. Amazing customer service all around. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.My family and I were very happy and impressed with this companies services. We will definitely recommend this company to all of our neighbors.

My parents recently had this company out to repair their furnace. They were polite and professional. The machine just stopped working one evening. After the tech inspected the furnace he just found a loose wire connection that needed to be re-cut and re-twisted. He changed the filters and gave it a cleaning. Now it running perfect again. I certainly recommend the services provided by this company. My parents are advanced in age and my mom said she felt very much at ease in their presence. The were clean, well mannered, and very professional.

I had a burst water pipe in my ceiling that was right above my furnace and unfortunately drenched my entire heating system with water. I called the maintenance in my building to have them shut the water down and immediately called my insurance company. The next day my insurance company sent out an adjuster and told me to get a professional inspection done on my heating system just to make sure it was safe to run. So I called this company and made an appointment for an evaluation of the damages. And I am glad that I did! When the technician that arrived opened the unit up it was completely rusted on the inside and the flame in the heating chamber was shooting outside the chamber instead of inside! Fire hazard! The inspection was so professional and thorough. He took me through each detail with patience, and I could perceive that he was genuinely concerned with my situation. This company went above and beyond. They dealt with my insurance company directly. Verbally spoke to my insurance agent. Emailed them the results of their diagnosis. And somehow convinced them to cover the entire repair. I basically didn't have to do anything. As soon as the technician got involved with my dilemma he completely took over. Unbelievable customer service and care. After the repairs were completed the tech pulled me aside and told me everything they went through to acquire the new parts. Come to find out the furnace I have is no longer made. Finding replacement parts for my furnace was impossible. So they matched parts from another furnace that was pretty much identical to mine and were able to repair my obsolete unit. Need I say more? Amazing service all around. They were masterful, sympathetic, and resourceful. I have found my lifetime heating company.

I woke up monday morning to find my carbon monoxide detectors going off. I quickly called the fire department. When they got here, there was so much carbon monoxide in my house that my whole family was evacuated and we were told that we couldn't remain in the house. I was so nervous i didn't know what to do. Fortunately my mother lives ten minutes from my house and my children and I were able to stay with my parents for the day. The fireman recommended this company to help clear my house of the noxious gases and to get my heat working again safely. So I called them and explained my terrible dilemma. They sent someone out to my emergency the same day bout a couple hours from the time I called. My husband met them at my house to let them in, right from the beginning they were very professional and sympathetic to our situation. To my surprise and relief they assured my husband they would have my house cleared of the gases and my heat working that same day in the evening. I didn't believe it until they called us at 7pm telling us to return to our home. And that all the work and tests were complete!Unbelievable.I thought for sure that we were going to all be sharing one bathroom at my parents house for atleast three days;(...You know it really amazes me that there are still companies that provide this kind of customer service, especially in this day and age where customer service and dependability are things of the past. Hands down to you guys.Thank you very much for your services...from myself,my family,and my parents;)....5 stars all the way.

My furnace wasn't firing up and was blowing out cold air instead of warm.I had two companies come out to my house to check what the problem was.Both companies quoted me thousands of dollars to repair my furnace.I was unsure whether they even knew what was really causing my heating problem.So I tried this company and the technician that came to test my unit figured it out in 20 minutes.My gas valve was old and needed to be replaced.He had the gas valve delivered within one hour and installed it for me.My furnace turned right on after the installation.185$ for great service compared to the thousands the other companies tried to charge me.
