I am going through the processes of buying a home and Hook & Ladder was referred to me by a friend. I was very happy with their service. The detailed report(with photos of issues) of the property inspection was very helpful. In fact, he discovered that the roof had no tar paper(vapor shield) installed. At a minimum, this would have cost me $5K+ out of pocket if I had bought the house before I discovered this. I want to thank H&L and specifically Nick for the excellent job he did.
