HKI was founded in 1993 to assist homebuyers with the information they need to make their purchase decisions. We serve King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Thurston, Pierce and Mason Counties. HKI inspectors belong to and follow the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors ( ASHI ) ' the toughest certification in the business. Recently there have been several other home inspection groups offering nearly instant credentialing. But none of them have the track record or the exacting standards of ASHI. HKI meets, and often exceeds, ASHI Standards, so you're sure to receive a quality inspection. Buying a home can be an emotional experience for the buyer.
