Let this be fair warning. I concur with the previous reviewer. I would also give them a 0. In my case they didn't even do any work and collected 60 bucks because of the service fee for our home warranty. Perhaps this is how they do business, making a quick buck off of services fees from home warranties. The day Chris came out to fix a leak in a pipe he walked around a bit ( I could already sense he didn't want to do the job), went to his truck and spent a good 20 minutes out there, then came back and said the warranty company would not cover the job and collected his 60 bucks. After wrangling with the warranty company they agreed it was covered and was sending (unfortunately) the same guy out. An hour before he was to arrive they call and tell me I have to have my insert moved before he could come out and do the work (if he planned to do any work at all). I canceled everything and figured it was a case of BOHICA. So fair warning DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

If there were some way to give "0" stars, I would! Long story short, after doing a bad job of cleaning out my main line to the street, they had to be called back just over 30 days later. The plumber (same guy) told me that it was actually an installation problem from someone else and that "to do it right" would run me $1,912. I called a plumber several friends had used and he fixed the problem for $150. Further, he told me that for the exact same work Hers and His quoted, he would charge $750 as it would only take about four to five hours and roughly $100 in materials.
