- Located in Delaware, Ohio, HelpLine is a private, nonprofit equal opportunity employer and provider that offers a variety of services and programs for individuals. The organization is a contract provider of the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board and a member of the United Way. It is certified by the American Association of Suicidology, the National Alliance of Information & Referral Systems and the Ohio Department of Mental Health. The organization is funded by the Council for Older Adults and Crime Victim's Assistance Office, as well as through private donations. HelpLine offers information, referral, crisis intervention, child assault prevention, peer support and self-advocacy services. The organization also conducts paraprofessional training sessions. It provides crisis hot line services for individuals with emotional and physical disorders.
