Our cafe refrigerator broke on the 1st hot day of the year during the Greenwood Auto show when Greenwood is blocked off. I needed same day service and called this company. I told them in advance that Greenwood was closed and how to get here. They called and made some lame excuse that 1st Ave was closed (I told them 3rd) and when we tried to give them directions from where they were (5 minutes away) they said they weren't going to come, insisting there was no way to get here and leaving us with still a broken fridge and now 3 hours wasted.######Lazy and not wanting to make an effort - if you're going to offer same day service that means making an effort for your customers. Otherwise, don't bother. Don't use them.
