Our heater died on Christmas day. We called around and all we got from anyone else was an answering machine. We called Grigco after looking for oil service in Dover DE on Google and a real person answered. The driver came out and pumped the bottom of our tank of all this yuck that turns out was clogging the feeder line there. My brother-in-law who's an new oil company tank tech could then fix the line to the top of the tank and flushed everything else so our heater worked again. And there was no charge! "Merry Christmas" , the driver said. I'll say! We could feel our toes again in an hour. LOVE THIS COMPANY! I'm not registering here so I'll submit anonymously. But I'm Matilda in downtown Dover DE. The one thing I can't miss in all these other reviews are certain key words that really stand out. Probably because they're universal in terms of hoping to express in the best possible language outstanding service. Yes, Grigco rocks! They were green before green was a commercial slogan. They've been in business for what? 58 years? Recycling oil? Amazing!We called Grigco after buying a property with an underground tank we didn't know existed. Someone long ago abandoned it empty and cut the pipes that come out of the ground. We never knew. Until we started to install the plumbing pipes for what is to be a guest house on the back part of the property. That's when we hit the tank because we were digging. Grigco was the best price and the best service. They took out the tank for a very fair price because our contractor had a backhoe for the plumbing job.We have gas heat. But anyone we know with a tank to remove or care for is getting Grigco's card. We have plenty because we asked.LOVE THEM

My mom is in her 80's. She needed an old tank she's not used in over 30 years removed and we called this company. We had the money we just needed to know when they could do the service. The only company we'll ever call. Long story short, we were in a pickle with drums of old oil and a basement tank that had been left there for years after the sellers converted over to gas heat. We called Grigco after a google search for used oil services in Dover and we got lucky the first time. They came to the house, pumped the drums, took those away and the basement tank too. Now you'd never know anything was here. Our new house is perfect and with no old oil around. The lady on the phone was tremendous. And the driver, Dave, really knew his stuff. And affordability is key. They didn't rip us off like we thought would happen when we started looking for help. Call them. They're great.

Grigco just removed a tank from our yard. They cut the fill pipes out, replaced the grass. All this after they pumped and filled the tank. We can't even tell there was a tank there unless we notice the grass is a little out of place because it was cleared off first. We're going to plant flowers once everything settles. This was the best investment we ever made. Now we don't have to worry about an old heating tank in our yard. Love this company. The driver Dave really knows his stuff. And the lady in the office is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them. Five stars for sure. Dave just pumped our oil drums that my father-in-law had at his boat house. Years of collected oil from changing his boat's fluids and we had no idea until after he passed away. We called Grigco and they were at the house the next day. Dave pumped the oil and took the drums away. Now we're all set to sell the house because the oil thing was the one hold back for our realtor. We have gas heat at our house so oil service isn't an issue. Unless my hubby starts changing his own oil and filling drums. lol Still, I wanted to write this review to help Grigco out if even a little bit in comparison to the great help they were to our family. Come winter, call Grigco! I call Grigco every fall just to get my heaters tank cleaned of sludge and water. I don't need to lose a heater because of gunk and water in my tank. Grigco responds promptly, because I'm in Dover, and they're always friendly. And the driver really knows his stuff. Used them for years! They won't rip me off and they're honest. That is a real blessing in this economy when some companies out there want the money and to heck with the customer or the company reputation. I'm writing this because I lost their business card, but I have a new one now since last visit, and found their number here at SP. Everyone should know about this company prior to the winter that's sure to be yet another bitter spell. Reasonable prices, and sometimes they pay. THAT is a real surprise. Love you Grigco! Thank you. Wow, talk about a friendly and cheery reception. This company is great.

This company rocks! I called them because I was tired of trying to find waste haulers. As in, trash pick up. The woman that answered was so friendly that she looked up the trash company listings in her own yellow pages and gave me the numbers I'd been looking for all morning. If I ever need this company's kind of service, I'm calling them. If the rest of their service is as quality as their office staff on the phone, who else would I call?

Grigco Used Oil Tank Cleaning Service was green, before green was cool. They were in the black, recycling the Dinosaur since 1956. There is a lot of competition out there, but there is no peer. Call Grigco if you want your money to go to grade A service, done right the first time. Because the earth is our mother, and there is no second chance. I LOVE this company.
