I really don't know what the other reviewers of this business are talking about- I only have good things to say about Florida Town Car's service. They showed when they said they would, the driver (jonathan) was super nice, the car was beautiful and we were happy to be in good hands. We flew from NY and landed in the middle of the night - them flew out in the middle of the night a week later. They were prompt and helpful and worth every penny i paid. I will definately look them up of i go again.

We had a miserable experience with Flordia Towncar Service. When reserving, we explicitly asked for a car seat and received email confirmation one would be provided. When picked up from the airport, no car seat was available, forcing us to endanger our daughter and violate Florida laws. We had our driver report the problem to Florida Towncar Service and were assured it would be corrected for our return to trip. It wasnt. The driver showed up and, yet again, did not bring a car seat. This time, we directly called Florida Towncar Service to complain. During the call, the customer service agent became enraged and started ceaselessly screaming at us. The agent claims he had no record of us needing a car seat, and had no note of our complaint when picked up from the airport. He was either lying or they have a completely incompetent reservation service. In either case, Florida Towncar Service was a terrible experience. We would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I gave 1 star only because I was unable to give 0 stars. I highly recommend using ANY car service EXCEPT Florida towncar service. (FYI, the stickers on the window of the van displayed the company name of Prime Transportation.) The owner, J.C., was yelling and screaming at me on the phone because of confusion my travel agent had caused regarding payment. He insisted repeatedly and quite loudly that he told ME cash would be due when we were picked up. I had never spoken to him before the day of pickup and tried in vain to tell him that. As the owner of the company, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. The minivan they picked us up in was well worn and felt as though it would rattle itself to pieces while going down the highway. I would sooner walk than use that company again.
