A 501(c)3 non-profit agency offering immediate, short term, and long term free and confidential services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in Eastland County.The ECCC has maintained protocols in order to help combat the spread of COVID-19. Business hours are subject to change upon recommendation. Throughout this time, immediate crisis intervention and advocacy services are still available by calling the hotline.
