The service technician was within the expected time frame, was very professional and offered excellent advice. I would use again and would also recommend.
0I have used DICK's for a few years. Yes, I had a WELL KNOWN company doing my AC and Heating and they came out and said I needed to replace my heating system and I should get one that could be converted to the new AC coolant. I did that and from that point on they would come out and say I needed a new system. I talked to a neighbor who told me about DICKS and they have been doing a GREAT JOB in service, dependability and TRUST. I think the individual who wrote the previous answer had the same company I had....I think DICKs would have FIXED the problem and he would not need to do it every year. That is just my opinion. I have heard good things about Dick's service, but called for the first time being a homeowner with a leaking HVAC system and they were not able to give me a price or range over the phone which disappointed me a little. Only a service tech. could do that and not were available nor could they tell me when to call when one would be available. I am hoping to get more information when I call back, but would have liked more info. upon my first call to them for help. I knew exactly what my "A-coil" needed and this happens about once each year (spray the coil and clean the fins, wet-vac the bottom where the drainage lies, and perform a yearly maintenance and blow out the drain tube...same thing every year). They said their "special" was over and they would charge a minimum of $90 plus whatever time it took to perform the cleaning...how much could that be and how is it billed (how many dollars per hour and what are the minimums)?
