DO NOT EVER RELY ON THIS ELECTRICIAN. I gave him alot of work around 8 or so years ago and had good luck. But he has apparently become very unreliable in recent years. A couple of years ago he and I had made specific arrangements to do some electrical repair at a rental house I own. He knew I had given the tenant the two-day legal notice and the work had to be done when we agreed. He said he'd do it on the following Monday. He dropped the ball and completely disappeared, and didn't respond to three messages I'd left him. He never bothered to return those calls. Recently I decided to give him another chance since it was a house he had previously worked on. I bought the breaker/parts he told me we'd need, and he said he'd contact me the following evening to confirm when he'd be available. Once again he disappeared and didn't respond to my inquiry when he failed to follow through as promised. DO NOT RELY ON THIS GUY. I will never use this electrician again.
