Stupid tow driver feels the need to honk his horn while in the tow truck as he passes the street his family live on. Tired of it, wish he would stop!!

I used my AAA towing because my son locked my keys in the trunk of my car. The company sent out crossroads towing. The driver got there in a timely but was unable to unlock my door, he tried and tried but to no avail. He then proceeded to try on the passenger door side, but when he was trying to pull the door handle as the same time as he was trying to unlock the lock he pulled really hard and broke off the door handle. He apologized that he broke my handle, and told me he called his supervisor and that they would take care of it. In the end I had to wait for someone to come bring my keys for my car. The next morning I called the towing company to report what happened, and they denied the whole thing. I drove to the company so I could talk in person, and the supervisor didn't want to give me the time of day. He finally came out to my car to look at the door handle but still denied that the driver could have done that. I was denied to talk to the driver and owner by the supervisor.
