      Tom Cornell has been a premier builder in the SanBernardino Riverside Counties since 1975. Including large custom home projects like Payne Ranch Estates in Chino Hills. His son Toby took over the Chino Hills business under Cornell Custom homes, while Tom formed a new division in Temecula where he resides. His wife Rhonda is a Designer/Draftsperson for over 20 years and currently has a published book "Historically Inspired House Plans With Modern Floorplans" available on Amazon
