Consulate Health Care of Jacksonville

If you care about your loved one, please find another facility.....These people are rude, unprofessional, and neglectful.Most of their staff , have the compassion , of a rock...most are graduates of some of these local "strip mall colleges" as I call them.....it's sad that places like this are even allowed to remain in business......with the exception of a few of their specialists, they all need to be reviewed, and recertified.....only reason I gave this place 1 star, is because it wouldn't let me submit this otherwise.

Very disappointed in the level of care they provided, and no sense of responsibility for my Uncle's lack of care. And we were there every day, talking, complaining and asking for help. I can't imagine what the care may be like for someone who is stuck there without family. Would never recommend them.

Recently had an Aunt at this location. 85% of the staff needs more training in customer service. It's like having to be extra polite just to get them to do (anything) their job.

Patient in 2010 - this is 2nd rehabilatin facility due to illnesses. I find this facility to be below average compared to the other facilities. Under staffed - all areas. This facility should be avoided. If only choice - please ensure have advocate for a mojority of time.
