Fire Code Compliance; Building and Fire Codes can be very technical and overwhelming to the average business owner. We can conduct an on-site survey of your property and provide you with information about hazardous materials storage and systems, means of egress, and occupant load. Additionally, fire alarm, sprinkler and other fire protection systems require constant attention. CCS will determine the status of your systems and provide recommendations for improvement. CCS can review drawings early in the project in order to bring about a smooth transition from plan review, to permitting, through the construction process. Finally, CCS can provide assistance with the successful final inspection and obtaining the official certificate of occupancy. CCS also provides fire plan review services for small municipalities and fire districts that do not have sufficient trained staff; Permit Assistance; The St. Louis area is known for its sprawling and confusing system of local governments, each with its own ordinances, codes, and regulations. CCS has worked within this system and maintains liaison with many of the organizations and municipal governments that make up the St. Louis area.
