Christopher was the best agent for the job. We decided to sell our house in the middle of a messy divorce and I'm so glad we chose him! He remained neutral throughout the process, and went above and beyond to get our home sold for above asking price! We couldn't be more pleased with his communication too. We talked almost every day about where we were at in the process. I know with realtors it can seem like they are too busy for your small questions (since they have more than one client at any given moment). But Christopher made us feel like we were his ONLY clients. I really appreciate that about him! So dedicated!!
Christopher handled the sale of my investment property in January of 2017. I knew it wasn't a great time to sell but we needed to do it. Christopher put a lot of time and energy into making sure I got the best possible price for the property. We sold it for 25k more than I thought it would go for. There were some hiccups on my side of the sale that Christopher was able to clear up quickly and painlessly (for me anyway). His attention to detail is phenomenal. I will use him again.
