Provided by YPmobileI had my second neck surgery on July 3rd 2017. The nurses and nurse tech were professional and truly treated me like I was family. The food was excellent and on time. The nurse Laura Treat, Tiffany and Micheal should have gold stars for treating me and always checking on how much pain I was feeling. Removing my drains Laura was professional and gentle. Thank you for all the staff that took care of me. I recommend this team 100%.

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give 0 stars I would. They are either tremendously under staffed or terribly slow. An elderly gentleman with a separated shoulder has been waiting 6 hours and still hasn't been seen yet. We finally gave up and left. If you need emergency care go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comLet me just say.... if you have a family member in Home Hospice do NOT go to this hospital until hospice releases you. My 79 yr grandpa was transported to St Vincent on Fri 5/15/15 (under hospice) & was untreated and released without any tests, no medications, no breathing treatments.... ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR MY GRANDPA. Our hospice nurse called this hospital to explain what we needed and why we were there and he HUNG UP ON HER!!!!! I was absolutely disheartened by this hospital visit. Our medical care has turned into a rating of where you stand in insurance, not about passionate care for each individual. Patients are not people anymore, just a room # with insurance rating. I am terrified to see where health care is when I reach my grandfathers age.

Provided by YP.comLet me just say, the reason I rated this hospital so slow is because of Cassandra Cole. We went into ER February 16, 2014, at 7pm, our 2 year old son had terrible abdominal pain, consistent pain, agonizing. He was born with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, so he had surgery at 2 days old. We thought it might be reoccuring. We let them know his whole background, and his exact symptoms, etc. Cassandra Cole walks into the ER room with an attitude already, orders an x-ray, views the x-ray, and sends us away diagnosing our son with a stomach virus. I'm already appalled by her attitude, but let it go, and hope that it is just a stomach virus our son has. At this point we made our 8 hour journey back home to Austin, Tx. Our son screaming the entire way, no way to ease his pain, nothing helped him. Early that morning after arriving home(5am). We take our son to Dell Childrens in Austin. After they do an x-ray, guess what? RE-OCCURING HERNIA. He has surgery that evening. After two weeks of recovery, he's finally better, and we are taking it day by day, because it could happen again. If we had waited any longer, he would have died. His colon and spleen was in his chest. Back on point, if you want to waste money, and possibly die, then sure... go to Mercy in Hot Springs Arkansas.
