For fourty years serving North Valley Area, Cave Creek, Carefree, Desert Foothills, Anthem, North Scottsdale I have always offered in home service and am a one man shop. I started as TV repair but when the big dishes entered the scene I started working on them and naturally the small dishes when they came along. I also work with surround sound systems and DVD player/recorders and hooking up to the internet for smart TV's. This business never stands still and neither do I.

TELEVISION AND SATELLITE SERVICE Not only can I repair your equipment ( if possible )but I can explain it to you in terms you can understand. Even if your equipment works perfectly it is just like being broken if you can not use it. Many installers give you a five minute explanation of how everything interacts , give you the remote , and head for the door . While the best way to learn is by doing I want you to be able to do everything before I leave and will often ask you to try it all. Often I will write detailed instructions (step by step) for you. Since I work from my home I can often help you with a simple problem over the phone if called at a reasonable hour.

Since I specialize in in home repair I come to you. How can you be expected to bring in your satellite system or your surround system? I know of shops that send movers to pickup large sets and return them weeks later. Even that won't help when the problem is with other equipment left at your home. Experience finding the true problem is the only way to go.
