      Although I know they are extremely busy, common courtesy is obviously not one of this companies strong points! My son and family have been without power since Monday, ONLY because Carroll will not hook the line from source to electric box. They also were not concerned with a live wire lying in the front yard, and he had to stand in the street and stop a Carroll truck to disconnect it! He has already paid an electrician to re-hang the box, and is told they are just not a top priority, even though it would be a 10 minute job. Every house in his neighborhood has power now except theirs.
