My mother has been at Carriage Court of Kenwood since January. Was extremely happy to have found the place, now I'm not sure. The response time I was told is 5 minutes but we have waited up to an hour for someone to help my mom. Came in on a Saturday evening and she had not been dressed and smelled like urine was told she was sick and not hungry, asked my mom and she said she was fine. Someone is lying. Had to think she was left unattended all day. Now I see a bruise on her face under her eye. Starting to wonder what is going on. Some of the staff is wonderful, some of the young girls just don't care. When you spend that much money, you deserve the best care available.

I am very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Carriage Court. She is clean, happy and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I like that Cariage Court believes in aging in place and I don't have to move my mom again. Thank you!
