Started using him probably 15 yrs ago and never considered trying anyone else. While my kids were growing up they were pretty hard on my computers. Steve was always able to help. I have and will continue to recommend his services. A few years ago we started our own corporation and Steve managed the startup and handles the tech support.

If not, he'll take it back and return it to you in a reasonable timeframe. I got an extra two years on my laptop before I was forced to purchase a new one.
