I had a minor fender bender and I was upset and desperate to get it fixed. When I took it to Bud Fox's they were very reassuring and immediately gave me an estimate for the repair. They worked with my insurance to get me my proper reimbursement in no time at all. When I picked up my car it looked as good as new. I couldn't have been more pleased and I have no qualms recommending them to anyone in a body work situation.

Had a great experience with my daughter's car which they towed, but vehicle was totaled when Bud Fox was in Control, however since Mike Fox took over Business the Quality of work along with His choice of Foul Language has cost this Business to go down hill FAST. So sorry the community lost the man whose name is over the door because you could expect Him to keep his word and do quality work, however I guess His son has chosen a very different path rather than follow in the footsteps of a Man who served His Customers with Good Quality work and treat them with respect rather than treat them as Stupid People, who expects Him as a Business Man to explain things, rather than use Foul Language and NOT treat them as Good Paying Customers, Who Paid for Quality Work and Quality Comminication as well. Sorry but I believe I will choose another Business where I will recieve Quality Service which includes a Manager Speaking Business Language and not treat you as being ignorant. I want a Manager you can go to if you don't understand things and not hear Foul Language rather than an explanation!

Great paint job, but unfortunately terrible body work. Panels missaligned, lower radiator support scabbed together, headlights point different directions. And so on. If you expect bud fox quality you will be disappointed. Ran by mike fox and his wife, they have a different standard of quality. I won't be back.
