      SOLD ME WRONG PART AND WOULD NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND - RIP OFFS

      MY CAR BROKE DOWN IN GEORGETOWN. I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. BRAGG AUTO SOLD ME A BATTERY. IT WAS THE WRONG BATTERY FOR MY VEHICLE. I RETURNED WITH THE WRONG BATTERY TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT ONE. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET IT EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED BECAUSE I HAD TAKEN THE PLASTIC OFF THE BATTERY. WHEN IN FACT THE PERSON THAT SOLD ME THE BATTERY TOOK THE PLASTIC OFF SO HE COULD PUNCH THE DATE. BRAGG IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. YOU WILL HEAR MORE RE: THIS.
