BP Financial Services is owned and operated by Malkia M. Potts. I started my bookkeeping service with the goal to help those busy business owners who do not have the time keep their financial records in order. Outsourcing will allow your business to save money. You save on salary, overhead, management, hiring or training cost when using an outsourced service. We use Intuit QuickBooks software to provide you with the most accurate financial reports to help aid in your everyday business decisions. We currently offer the following services: A/P & A/R, budgeting, purchasing, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, financial reporting, payroll, and other business services as needed by the business owner. We tailor our bookkeeping services to your business needs. Services are provided on a temporary, short-term, or long-term basis. Payment options include per transaction, hourly or monthly rates.
