Just bought my second CPO BMW from BMW NW

Just bought my second CPO BMW from BMW Northwest and it was as smooth as the first. Great selection of cars and the sales Department worked with me to make it a satisfying transaction. I have been using the Service Department for the past seven years and have found them very dependable and accommodating. I feel I have been well taken care of here, at BMW Northwest, and look to continue doing business with these fine folks.

Excellent Customer Service

I showed up from out of state with a navigation problem. Even though I didn't have an appointment I explained my situation and BMW Northwest was very helpful in squeezing me in on a very busy day and in no time they had me back on the road!. I couldn't have asked for faster service!

Exceeding Expectations

I have used BMW NW for servicing my 2001 325 and have always been satisfied; though a recent incident provided them an opportunity to exceed my expectations.A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2011 X3. A switch wasn't working so I scheduled with my SA, Rich. They diagnosed a faulty switch and ordered the part. While driving home, I noticed a small (1/8") nick in the leather surrounding a trim piece that was removed for checking out the switch. I brought this to Rich's attention. He showed much more concern than I did :) and immediately scheduled a leather repair vendor to fix the nick when the switch was going to be replaced. Also set me up with a BMW loaner when the leather repairman took too long. And the repair itself was perfect.I have dealt with the BMW NW service department for over eight years now, and I can definitely say that their customer service has improved. I recommend them without hesitation

Great service!

I've had one of the best experience with BMW NW. They always accommodate me with the service time/date I need and they are always on time if not they complete the job a little earlier than the estimated time. I've driven a BMW since 1993 and this dealership is one of the best! Thank you!

Go south!

I was in market for a 2012 X5 Diesel and found it online at BMW Northwest. As I live in Redmond, WA, I simply called them and asked for a quote so I could compare and contrast with my local dealer. First of all, BWM Northwest's quote was significantly lower, well worth the travel to Fife. Secondly, the Internet manager hade an approach that I appreciate very much. I told him what price point I needed, which he matched. I told him that I could come down to Fife, but not sit with Finance for 2 hrs on a Friday at 3 pm. He promised that Finance would only take 10-15 minutes. Yeah right was my thought, and I told him I was more than sceptical, having purchased 9 vehicles the last 5 years. He promised me again that it would not take longer. Everything was prepared. Although the Internet Manager was working from home, the folks at the dealership were informed and would take great care of me he claimed. I have to say that I was a bit hesitant, but the price was right after all. I took my chances and drove 1h south to Fife. What a reception! Another guy is practically waiting for me as I arrive. The X5d is pulled up front, clean and everything in order. We check the car out, he gives me some practical information, shows me the basic features. Connects my phone and iPod (gets me a free connection wire from the Parts department) etc. I'm stunned at the level of service and complete hassle free experience. But, I'm still awaiting the "10-15" min Finance lady. Well, I clocked out of Finance 8 minutes after I entered. That is what I call an organization that is all about efficiency, in every aspect of that word.I like my local BMW guys, make no mistake. But this experience is like something out of a fairytail. They just don't make dealerships like this anymore. "Hasselfree" is something everyone touts about but never lives up to. BMW Northwest does just that. I was actually stunned as I drove home on I5 northbound. Could not believe what I had just experienced. The Internet Manager called me the same evening asking if everything had turned out the way I expected. I said no, it had not. I expected the same dealership experience that most people dread. I didn't get that.If you are in market for a new BMW, I can warmly recommend these folks. Just a remarkable experience. I guess my learning is that if you get off the beaten track and shop around outside the big city, you find nice people and great prices.Hat's off to BMW Northwest that made my buying experience a pleasurable one.Michel

Wonderful Sales and Service

I recently purchased a 535I from Sandra at BMW NW. She was so great. Very concerned with getting me exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. This is my 2nd BMW purchase, although first from BMW. This was the best buying experience out of all the dealerships I have ever purchased from and there are many. The service department is very helpful. I love their new hours. It works great with my work schedule. They are always able to provide a loaner when needed and get all your service needs taken care of immediately. Along with the free snacks and beverages it is very comfortable.

Great Service Department

I brought my BMW 335i into BMW Northwest for an oil change, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were immediately helpful- greeted me and didn't make me wait to be helped, they were friendly, and the intake process was quick and smooth. I forget how much they charged for the oil change, but I remember it was reasonable, and it didn't take them long to complete it. The best part was the waiting area. They had fridges full of soda and water for free, as well as an assortment of chips, cookies, and other snacks to make the waiting period go by quickly. They also had TVs and magazines. Not to mention, wandering around the lot checking out all the cool BMWs was entertainment in itself. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will certainly return.

Service

Always a prompt response that meets me on the phone or in person. Scheduling service appointments, information sessions or just browsing with a salesperson is flexible and meets with my schedule when I'm in town. When one comes 1 3/4 hours away you want to make sure someone is there and they are. Very honest staff that are always pleasant and helpful and full of integrity.

Treated like a King

Today I went to BMW Northwest for the first time to have basic service done which was covered by the warrantee. I bought the car used from a private party. I arrived early and was immediately started on the check-in process by a pleasant young man who explained that my service rep was on the phone. When he was finished I was introduced to him. He was pleasant, clear, helpful, and attentive to my questions and concerns. While I waited for my car I spent some time looking around the showroom and the lot. Several people made sure I didn't need help, but no one tried to sell me something. The customer waiting area had a variety of drinks ands snacks, some good magazines, and two inobtrusive TV's showing news channels on low volume. The waiting room furniture was comfortable. There was a nice work table with a phone. There was no PA system constantly blasting announcements. Te bathroom had CLOTH hand towels! My car was ready when promised. It was returned to me washed and vacuumed. The mechanic who checked my car spotted a flaw on the inside sidewall of a rear tire. I was very grateful to have this pointed out before it lead to trouble. From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience. I left with the feeling that my service rep was genuinely interested in my getting great service.

The service department is outs...

The service department is outstanding! I have always been treated better then great as a customer while my vehicles are being serviced. I appreciate how they advise us as to what will be needed and when it should be done as our BMW ages. The advice is always spot on. They like to keep a vehicle on it's service schedule and won't perform routine services too early. They definitely don't try to over sell and have talked me out of too early service or unnecessary repairs on my BMW's. The prices in the gift shop are better than e-bay knock offs, go figure! This is a great dealership I will always bring our BMW's here for service. When it's time to buy ask for Ron Hanson. He is a wonderful person and makes the buying experience a pleasure.

Horrible Service Departmen

From the time I walk in the door I was not greeting although there are 3 advisors a the desk. I say that I have an appointment and its clear that no one wants to be bothered. When I pick my car up its the exact same thing. I am then given a ridiculously inflated list of whats wrong with my car. Some of which have been repaired as recent as 3 months prior. I decline the recomended repairs at that time so that I can go over with husband. When I ask Dave if he can explain te recomended repairs so that I can have a clear understanding he is obviously annoyed. Basically telling me to reread and shooing me off. As if that wasnt enough my car was parked outside and covered with tree sap! I usually go to BMW Seattle but Fife is closer to me and my Mother In Law is a long term customer. Seattle is awesome! They are friendly.

Older BMW

I bought a 528i at BMW Northwest in 2000, it is a 1998, I have had great experiences thru the years and have always dealt with Jay the service manager, they have always had my car done when promised and the billing always has been fair I have shopped prices, and they always wash and vacume my car for me,My car is still running strong at 230,000+ miles I have never had a serious problem with the car.I have been so happy that I recently bought my 2nd BMW thru BMW Northwest, a 650i which I am very happy withalong with an extended warranty.

Unacceptable service

We've dealt twice with BMW Northwest and both times we were very unimpressed with the level of service we receieved. For both experiences they didn't have enough personnel working and their demeanor was very rude. The first time, we called and wanted to get a price on a part. We were told one price but when we got there the price had magically doubled? They made every excuse in the book. We ended up buying a part from somewhere else. Then we took the car to their service department to have the brakes bled. They ended up putting a clip on the brake line that they had found in our console, that ended up not even being the correct part. We will drive out of our way to have to never go back to this dealership/service center.
