DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE WATER POOLS! In 2005 they installed a new liner in my pool and were also paid to completely replace the pool light. I eventually l discovered that they never replaced the light and would not return my calls. I let it go but when I opened my pool this year, 2017, I noticed about 4" of the liner had pulled away from the track and immediately called them. I've only spoken with Amanda who assured me she would speak with David to schedule repair. I did not hear back, called again and told her more was pulling away, about a foot now. For the past week I have called and left multiple messages and still no return call. I went to all the addresses listed for the business on the internet and they are all private residences where the owners David and Paula live or have lived at. -Patti B Fairfield

Had Blue Water Pool open pool May/2013. Cost almost $600 for chemicals I couldnt get a list of, hardware that was put on (stairs crooked). Mr. Naples stated this did not include a cleaning which was another $85/hr. They wouldnt even skim the thick green sludge off the surface of the water. Had to call and call to get them to come fix the stair/ladder in the deep end all weekend since I have small children. It was a battle everytime. Called another pool guy who said I should have gotten margaritas served for this price, walked me through what to do. My husband had to go buy more chemicals to clear the pool and fix the problem. If you re going to charge $$$, would think you would leave the containers so I can see exactly what you did or detail receipt. Every time I tried to speak with him to fix the problem, got a vague answer on exactly what was done. Always tried to be optimistic w/his work and conversation until the green sludge would not go away. He finally came fixed stairs himself.
