Very good experience this morning, August 11, 2017. Had good experience with both Dispatcher and Driver. I first asked if there was a wait, and there was not so that was a good start.Next thing I knew Cab was at my door. It was a round-trip and the Driver was very good. I needed to get to the Post Office real bad and my knee was smashed from a businesstrip out of state. When I got back my car battery died, so I was up shit's creek real bad.Blue Cab was very helpful and timely and patient with me this morn.Dispatcher spoke very clearly and it was easy to hear him.Driver was friendly.

Great service. I travel quite a bit with 2 little ones in tow. The vans are clean and big enough for us and all of our trappings. I have had several bad experiences with the other guys, yellow cab in particular, when taking the boys with me. I appreciate the patience and upbeat attitudes of the blue cab drivers so far. It would be great if they took credit cards, as the trips to the airport are on the expense report and I have to fill out secondary paperwork for cash. Even so, it's worth the extra trouble.

BLUE CAB YOU ROCK! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! A happy customer that got home safe and sound from a late night on friday!

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Blue Cab.For one they have better rates than the other companies in town and they are courteous and friendly . Secondly, when I called for their services they were10 mins early and got me and my family to my destination in a timely and safe manner. And lastly, I would never want to take a bus here in town if I didn't have to. This is of course unless I wanted to wait 45 mins on the bus to get from one end of town to the other.

I have nothing but bad things to say about this company. For one they smoke cigarettes in the taxi vans so it reeks of stale cigarettes. Second they probably gave themselves a good rating for their business, I used them once and never again will I use them again. They were late and woke my neighbors up picking me up. Then smarted off to me when I asked them to call next time instead. If you are smart take the bus instead.

The service that Blue Cab gives is top notch! The drivers are experienced safe and friendly. They are on time and if they are going to be late, because of an accident on the high way or just plain bad traffic they will even give you a call! :)Thank you Frank and Gregg for all your help. B

You guys are the best in Bellingham. I have ridden with every cab company in town and realize how courteous all of your drivers are and how clean your cabs are. I especially want to thank every one for helping me making our flights on time, not ever worrying any more and kept in limbo most of the time when we rode with other cabs. Your company has always been on time and or early for us. I will certainly tell everyone I know about your service.
