As the safety of your children and family is paramount, we work with a leading employer securities firm to perform a thorough background investigation on your nanny prior to placement. Our standard nanny background check included with each placement will include: a County Criminal Records Search Social Security Verification Sex Offender Registry Search and DMV records We also provide: CPR Training Trustline Certification and Drug Screening on nanny candidates. Nannies are required to have 3 years of professional childcare experience. All nanny references are contacted and the results are transcribed for you. Your nanny placement is guaranteed for six to twelve months, depending on the program you choose.
