We were having problems with our basement flooding, specificially in one corner of the house. We've had a drainage nightmare since we moved in and it started to make it's way into our basement. They came out and fixed our crawl space. It was at the point where we couldn't even go in there to deal with our water heater because of how wet and moldy it was.
