Contracted Basement Services 2 months ago. Had a good experience with them They delivered what they promised. Installed a waterproofing system in my basement in 2 days. Basement has been bone dry ever since they completed work. Reason I am writing this review is that the salesman called me last week to see how everything is. WOW a contractor that actually cares about their customers. I told them I would right this review and give them 2 thumbs up. Thanks Basement Services.

This is a great team of professionals that can get your basements waterproofed in no time. The job was of high quality, and it was afforadable.



They also offer in house financing, which worked out great for me. Now my wet walls on my basement are gone.

AVOID This company.



Cunningly took our deposit(s), delayed start of project, did not even try to complete the work. Did not obtain permits, delayed, delayed, then just stopped coming and returning calls.



They are being sued for fraud, non-completion and damages.

Basement Services 911 was a good company, I found them through a friend. Very nice people, easy to use and good to deal with. I had them do my home in south jersey and was really pleased with the results.

I contracted Basement Services 911 to help take care of some serious mold issues in my home. They were helpful with the information and how to correct problems. I would recommend them.

My basement was a haven for water and mold. In one day Basement Services fixed my problem and now I have plans to make it into a play room for my children.

Contacted several contractors and had them quote on my water problem in my basement. I was concerned with going with the cheapest but it was the best decision I ever made. They did what they promised and worked diligently to make me satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

The company took longer than expected because they did not get a permit when they started. The salesperson said they could get around my town rule. This was not true.



But they eventually finished the job as I had hoped. I was faced with a 850 Dollar fine for not having a permit but the town rescinded the violation. It was very embarassing. The basement turned out OK.

Had my basement waterproofed by Basement Services before Thanksgiving and what a difference in the smell of my basement. My waterproblem was solved and it took 2 days and the crew was great. They moved my washer and dryer for me and installed a waterproofing system which now my basement is bone dry. The smell that was present is now gone. Thanks again and I just recommended you guys to my coworker.

Cecilia was on top of the job the whole time. The crew was exceptional at all times. I would recommend them to any one who has a basement.

About five years after having my basement finished, I started to notice an unpleasant odor and then mold began to appear on the walls. Hi, I am Chris from the Easton, PA area and I just wanted to chime in that Basement Services did a very good job with waterproofing our basement. We are a young couple and did not have the insurance for this. They gave excellent service and affordable prices for us.

Waterproofing was done in 2 days. The workers did a nice job digging the french drain and installing the pipe. Sump pump area looks real good. Has a nice cover over the container where the sump pump is located in. Cleaned up very well. They hosed down the floor and really cleaned the floor very nicely since it had stains and dirt on the floor before starting. Would definitely recommend Basement Services to anyone who has a water problem. Thanks for a great job!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !

The work done in my home is a nightmare. After a huge rain my basement flooded . I called them for help. They confirmed there was a "spring" under my FINISHED basement.. A "pressure relief system" was installed. During the install many items from my home went "missing". My calls to get answers to the loss were rebuffed and I gave up. The work preformed caused more problems then it solved . My neighbors driveway was damaged from the water coming from my sump pump. I now have mold and was forced to reduce my FINISHED basement to a shell . The pumps run every 5 minutes and have created a swamp around my home . Now a perfectly fine lining place has been reduced to an empty room that smells and makes me want to cry eveytime I see it.. The damge done by these people will cost me grief for many years to come .... BE WARNED TO SHOP AROUND FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS

Had 3 estimates when I needed my basement waterproofed. The pricing for the job was from $5,000 to $12,000. One company was very high and the other company was very low. I choose the middle of the road price and that was Basement Services 911. I choose them for a few reasons. The other companies when they showed up were not in work vehicles. They were driving their own cars. I asked all companies to show me some pictures of their crews and office, but only Basement Services 911 had pictures of their office and work crews. I even asked the salesmen of the other companies if I could visit their office and only Basement Services allowed me to visit their office. I wanted to make sure I was dealing with a qualified contractor before I hired anyone to dig around my foundation. I did not want to deal with a company that subcontracted the work. Now the best part of my dealing with Basement Services. They got my basement done in 2 days. They put plastic up when they were working to control the dust. They installed the french drain exactly the way the salesmen said they would and they cleaned up. We added a backup pump because my wife and I are now going to finish the basement and add extra living space. We now have a dry basement that I can actually use! Thanks Basement Services 911!
