Asus has simply the worse technical support I've ever experienced. Expect 30 to 45 minute wait times to speak with someone. When you mail your laptop in for service - you won't get it back for approximately 10 days. When you get it back, it won't come with the correct replacement parts. You will then be transferred from help desk to corporate hq to repair facility back to help desk only to be told they need more time to look into the issue. Maybe - within 4 or 5 weeks of your problem - you may or may not get an acceptable resolve. I am so disappointed as I had really liked the name when I used to build my own computers. The Asus motherboards were considered the best. In the laptop world - I would never buy another Assu - ever.
