Apex will thoroughly remove total contents of the grease trap as well as any solid build up on the walls or bottom. Servicing your grease trap regularly will prevent FOGS from building up and clogging an establishment's outbound lines and unpleasant odors that may affect your business. Our technicians provide our customers with a Manifest report as proof that the service was performed and the waste disposed of properly. We will also report if additional service is needed to keep your grease trap functioning properly and effectively.
