working with mitch and kyle verifies that anyone can have a business, even an unethical dishonest one at that. This was far from what I was told when we first spoke 4 years ago. Their rates were the least but then I learn about bait and switch. they would play good cop/bad cop. I took them at their word in the beginning. They advised us that we needed to replace the entire wall, as opposed to simply capping it with piles.If your job states with will be a year, give it 2 or 3. they sub everything out, and their subs give them ZERO favors, as they are the last to pay.... Probably because of crap work. Fast forward,, a year after my wall was installed, we are facing major issues which I have shared with both mitchell and kyle. Both have hung the phone up on me, and told me to go elsewhere... I have recorded these calls and mitch's hot headed temper. This company is dishonest. Run Run Run as fast as you can... total nightmare! ahhh and if you go to their office,,, ask yourself about the high security entrance.... They are going to piss the wrong person off very soon, if they keep at this nonsense.... Also make sure you have a strong warrantee, like we had, but even there, they will tell you to go sue em. and to get in line,,,, My best advice for them. practice the gordon rule. You may make money but you are far from a success. This is what your community will soon find out. Again, DO NOT use them, and if you do, govern yourselves accordingly. They have lists of complaints with the state as well... maybe that is why they changed names....

Sadly, I had a very bad experience with this company. Originally they estimated our seawall repair would take 6 weeks.....I figured 3 months. It turned out to be 7 months!! ...and even then only after I hounded them every week to get the job done. Literally, I called them more than 100 times over 9 months. They were hopeless, full of excuses every week....blaming one subcontractor after another. (no, they do not use their own employees) Eventually after 12 months I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. So my advice is STAY AWAY!! They will tell you anything to get your business and not deliver. Try SeaTech....they have a good reputation.
