We called just to see about getting a quote, were we surprised when they said that they could be there in a half hour to look at the job., We just brought the home and it needed a lot of renovation so we had a lot of construction debris to get rid of.

Unfortunately, we didn’t find out until we started the work that it was very difficult to get approval to leave a dumpster at the property (the home is in a retirement community and they have special rules on dumpsters and with the Corona virus it’s hard to get a permits). So we needed to get this debris picked up and removed from inside the house as quickly as possible. We are doing complete kitchen and bathroom renovation along with some other construction work.

Well as promised they showed up within the half hour, not just for a quote but along with a full crew ready to do the work!! Al gave us an unbelievable price. His price included everything, pick-up and haul away to dump yard, no hidden charges or fees like we got from the other companies that quoted us. They priced us per truck load and then we got the “Oh and there will be an additional fee of $50 per ton for mixed construction debris”, and trust me this can really add up especially if you have concrete, tile, bricks and heavy metal such as cast iron tubs, radiators, etc. which made no sense since we told them we wanted a quote to remove construction debris!!

So as soon as Al gave us his price (which was absolutely the lowest and best) we gave the approval to start. His crew had it cleaned up and hauled away in about 2 hours.

Payment was easy they take all major credit cards and even offer discounts to Veterans!! Even our contractor was amazed at how fast they had it cleaned up and more so on the price we told him we were given (he even asked me to give him the company name and phone number he said he’s going to call him for prices on some of his other jobs!! LOL)

We even received a call from Al later on in the day to make sure that We were 100% completely satisfied with the work. I can honestly say we haven’t had customer service like that in a long time! A owner who cares enough to call and see if you were satisfied with his work.

The crew of Al’s Junk Removal showed up as promised, they removed all junk from the back yard, and the garage. They left the yard raked and the garage swept clean. They did a wonderful job.
