Wil's thermal imaging camera is amazing. I am looking as hard as I can for rental properties and with so much to choose from on the market, there is no sense buying a house full of problems.



This thermal imaging camera can find almost everything that is wrong in a house from roof leaks plus other moisture intrusion issues in addition to uncovering a host of electrical panel problems.



It even found painted over rust on roof gutters 25' off the ground. Closer inspection showed the gutters were completely shot.



It's the way to go and the report format that you are presented with by ADVHI at the end of the inspection really gives you the information needed to make the buy or bye bye decision on a property. It's concise, easily understood and anyone can see what they are buying into.

The service I received from this home inspector, Will Fambrough was outstanding. He came out initially and did a very thorough job doing my home inspection. He caught things that I would never have known about. The thermal imaging found that I was missing insulation in my master bedroom. But what made this experience even more positive was after the initial home inspection, I had problems with the builder. Will insisted that he come back out and check to make sure that everything had been done, and he refused to accept any payment at all for the revisit and additional work. When he came back out, he found an electrical outlet that still was not working. It is extraordinary to find a company today with the integrity that has been shown by Will Fambrough. I cannot compliment this company enough. I would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection. With this company, you get extraordinary work ethic and integrity. Rushed job done, no customer service skills, hard to reach, never makes appts. on time, expensive, and poor quality in work, just to name a few things.. THAT ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY!! LOL

Wow! I had an INCREDIABLE experience dealing with this company. I loved the professionalism of this guy, he is GREAT! Definitely worked with me and my time frame on my deadline, and got in and got the job done. I really felt he put his heart in his work, and that made me feel like i got my money worth. I invest in rental properties. When I find one to purchase, I have to be sure I am not buying a pack of problems requiring additional heavy expenditures. That does nothing but drive up the acquisition cost. It also gives me a benchmark of the home's condition before a tennant moves in. The Thermal Imaging Camera is simply amazing. On a recent potential purchase, it uncovered a host of hidden electrical problems on the borderline of being dangerous. I passed on that purchase and went on to another.
