I highly recommend Accurate Electrical Services. They were very nice and courteous over the phone and listened to our problem. Mike P. came on our house call for some bad lighting and explained what needed to be done. Then fixed it in a professional and timely manner with a great attitude. It was a very pleasurable experience overall.

Accurate came out & provided an estimate plus their expertise. It ended up that it was an Edison issue, but Eric from Accurate spent a lot of time explaining what was done plus issues that an old panel like ours could face in the future -- but not even a hint of pressure!! I would recommend Accurate Electrical as they are knowledgable, patient & quite helpful.

Accurate Electrical is a company one can use with complete confidence. Cheri and her customer service team (Sara included) are extremely conscientious and friendly in working with you in setting up the appointment and then following through during each step of the process (reconfirming the appointment, giving one a 30 minutes heads up as to when the technician will arrive, and then following through with a follow-up call as to how the appointment all went). All A-1! The service specialist we always use is Eric Smith. A complete professional. Always courteous, friendly, and someone you can completely trust. He does what is needed, and it is done correctly the first time with no "corners" being cut. He works very cleanly and when he leaves, you wouldn't even know he had been here. All in all, he, as well as Accurate Electrical in general, is someone you can have complete confidence in---honest, trustworthy and fair.

Excellent from start to finish. Outstanding communication and follow up from the office. On site electricians were courteous and very competent. Work quality and clean up was outstanding.

Accurate electrical Services was recommended by a friend who had a house remodel. The electrician was thorough and professional. He evaluated the different jobs and told me what to expect before he started working. One of the jobs was to replace a chandelier. The new one is heavier than the previous on. He made sure that the ceiling attachment was secure as well as connecting the wires. Other things that he did on that day included replacing two wall sconces and tightening the connections and labelling the switches in my electrical box. After the work was completed, they cleaned the areas. I was very pleased with everything and will recommend this small company to friends.

When it came time to replace a few bulbs in the wall mount lights that we have on our dock area, Eric recommended that we take this opportunity to switch to a different type of light. We were using 150 watt mercury lamps, now we are using 40 watt LED lights. The quality of light is amazing, not to mention the savings in energy cost. The installation was excellent, as is all of Eric's work. we are very pleased with Accurate Electrical and Eric Smith.

Our "problem" was a wall socket that wasn't working. The first electrician we called wanted $845 to diagnose and fix the problem. We called ACCURATE for a second opinion. They discovered there was a power switch I didn't even know we had that had been turned off. They did some extra maintenance on the panel that needed some attention for the same $59 price of the service call. Highly recommended. Plus, I found out the owner goes to our church and I didn't even know it! (It's a big church.) :)

I recently had a rewire done on my house. I am very happy with the work. The crew did an outstanding job on my old house. They are on time and clean up after they are done. I have also used Accurate for previous jobs and was very happy with the work. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful also. Service is great.
