My only prior experience with jewelry stores were those in the mall that all sell the same basic stuff, or the high end places that cost the earth. When I went to Euro Design Jewelry I tried do not have preconceived ideas. I asked Michael to make a custom ring for me, incorporating my stones and unwanted gold pieces. He was very professional and creative. As the customer, I was always right and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My ring came out stunning.
